Time Capsule

Did you know that St Baithin's Church St Johnston has a time capsule buried with the foundation stone?  This was in the form of a bottle.  Inside this bottle was a large scroll of parchment with details about the Church. It was created in different colours and with gold text in medieval characters.  This was signed by a lot of people present.  A copy of the Derry Journal was also put in the bottle as were Queen Victoria's coins and United States coins.
