Tiger Cups create history, Kildrum Tigers U16s created their own piece of
history when they won the Donegal Schoolboys Under 16s Champions League on April
7th when they overcame Iona in the final, winning 4-2 after extra time. The
Kildrum lads, managed by Johnny McGinty and Chris McNulty, had already won the

time, in a 2-2 draw, but Kildrum took the prize in extra-time. They hit the
front again with a strike worthy of gracing any final. Daryl Browne got on the
ball and from the corner of the penalty area curled a crisp effort into the
bottom corner, before Duffy completed his hat-trick to seal a memorable win.
